Here is the honest version, because you deserve it before you are standing in an inch of water: we are a local crew, not a twenty-four-hour call center. What we do have is a long phone day. From 6:30 in the morning until 7 at night Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings too, a real person picks up and can tell you straight away whether we can get someone to you today.
First, stop the water
If water is actively running, shut off the main valve — usually at the meter box near the street, or where the line enters the house. For a water heater leak, close the valve on the cold inlet at the top of the tank. That one step saves more floors than anything we could do on the phone.
Then call us
Tell us what you are seeing and we will tell you honestly how fast we can be there. If it is something you can safely hold until morning, we will say that too rather than sell you an after-hours callout you do not need.
