When we answer
We take calls Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturday mornings from 7:00am to 11:00am. Outside those hours, leave a message or send a text and it is the first thing we pick up.
Work itself is scheduled between 7:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays, which is when the trucks are out.
What to tell us
The more specific you can be, the better we can help. What is happening, roughly when it started, and whether water is currently going somewhere it should not be. If it is an emergency and water is running, shut off the main valve first, then call.
